Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
* Deliver an outstanding retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
* Help manage daily store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
* Train, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high performance.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a retail environment.
* A proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
