What You’ll Do:
* Partner with founders to tackle complex, high-impact challenges
* Analyse problems, synthesise insights, and turn strategy into action
* Drive projects end-to-end with autonomy and initiative
* Organise and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
* Learn across all areas of the business and contribute to key decisions
* Support the building and scaling of a high-growth startup from the ground up
What We’re Looking For:
* Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience with high ambition and energy
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong academic background, ideally from a leading university
* Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and high personal standards
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple domains
* Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building things from scratch
