Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for rendering by cleaning, repairing, and applying necessary treatments.
* Apply rendering materials using various techniques to achieve desired finishes.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
* Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures as required.
* Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute tasks accurately.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
* Proficiency in roofing, plumbing, welding, and electrical experience is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, including carpentry, masonry, plastering, and fabrication.
* Ability to operate hand tools and power tools with precision.
* Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
