Overview
We're currently looking to recruit a HR Systems Administrator who will be responsible for supporting our employees to access and use our Apleona Access Group application, as well as HR Administration across our designated business units. In this role, you will support our Access Group application suite, monitoring and maintaining the functionality of the system by fixing and reporting issues to the HR System Analysts or Access Support Desk. Within the system you will be responsible for employment posts and pattern building, updating rules, terms & conditions and org charts, ensuring system integrity and security. You will process all HR transactional activities, including starters, leavers, sickness absence, pensions etc and will be responsible for setting up new starter accounts and processing all documentation connected to a new employee; including right to work checks, DBS and enhanced company vetting. The individual in this role will conduct a number of tasks to ensure that the employees\' relationship is smooth and positive, with the understanding for the need of confidentiality when dealing with both internal and external information.
Responsibilities
* Support the Access Group application suite and monitor system functionality, reporting issues to the HR System Analysts or Access Support Desk
* Handle HR administration across designated business units
* Manage employment posts, pattern building, updating rules, terms & conditions and org charts to ensure system integrity and security
* Process HR transactional activities (starters, leavers, sickness absence, pensions, etc.) and set up new starter accounts
* Complete documentation for new employees, including right to work checks, DBS and enhanced company vetting
* Act as a first point of contact providing prompt and professional responses to HR administration queries
* Maintain confidentiality when handling internal and external information
Qualifications
* Experience in a shared service function or busy office environment
* Experience in support and configuration of HR applications (ideally SelectHR) (Desirable)
* Information Systems Qualification (Desirable)
* Strong administration skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
