Job Description
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
3. Calling current customers to ask how they're getting on with products and services
4. Assist in resolving queries, concerns or complaints in a professional manner
5. Showing empathy
6. Processing call information and feedback in a timely manner
7. Provide administrative support to the customer service department as required
8. No cold calling or sales required

In order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
