Relationship Manager –Legacy Fundraising Scotland

£33,000-£37,000plusbenefits

Reports to:Team Manager

Grade:P2

Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week

Location:Homebased,inScotland

What will I be doing?

Inspire & empower supporters

1. Build long‑lasting, emotionally resonant relationships that motivate supporters totake actionand maximise their lifetime impact.

2. Deliver personalised, thoughtful stewardship that celebrates each supporter’s journey with CRUK.

Champion Legacy giving

3. Use your specialist knowledge to elevate the legacy experience, ensuring supporters feel informed,valuedand inspired.

4. Bring CRUK’s Legacy strategy to life — increasing pledges, growing giftvaluesand helping more people choose to leave a powerful,lasting legacy.

Collaborate & innovate

5. Work closely with the Legacy team and wider Supporter Relationships colleagues to embed new initiatives and bring innovative supporter experiences to life.

6. Help create campaigns, events and communications that deepen loyalty and drive long-term growth.

Deliver exceptional supporter experiences

7. Host inspiring events and provide bespoke communications for high‑value legacy supporters.

8. Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless supporter journeys.

Grow our community of future givers

9. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects —identifying, cultivating and re-engaging supporters with high long‑term potential.

10. Work with regional teams to champion Legacy activity and support national and local strategies.

Drive performance &impact

11. Meet (and exceed!) your targets, ensuring excellent progression along the supporter pipeline.

12. Monitor performance, create clearreportingand implement contingency plans where needed.

13. Maintainaccuratesupporter records,monitorpledgedvalueand uphold regulatory best practice.
