They are looking for a first-ever Senior Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of 450 client accounts, defining and building the Account Management function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape a key part of the business and grow your own team in the future.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client accounts, managing 450 clients from day one
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across a B2B platform
Conduct service level reviews to identify gaps, improve the client experience, and uncover growth opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell and product improvement opportunities
Analyze usage and performance data to spot trends and commercial opportunities
Help define processes and best practices for a newly established Account Management function
Mentor and eventually manage additional Account Managers as the team growsWho You Are
Experienced in SaaS or product-led B2B environments, with a proven track record in managing multiple client accounts
Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios and delivering operational excellence
Technically confident and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills
Highly organized, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
