Job Description
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer activity and manage the implementation process once orders are received. The role requires strong coordination skills, confident communication, and the ability to keep multiple tasks on track.Key responsibilities include:
3. Coordinating implementation activities across internal teams
4. Booking and managing appointments for sales, implementations, and training
5. Producing KPIs, reports, and customer proposals
6. Updating and maintaining CRM records
7. Supporting customers and the sales team with day‑to‑day queries
8. Ensuring fulfilment of each stage in the order‑to‑implementation process
The Successful Applicant
You'll be someone who thrives in a structured, busy environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.Essential skills:
9. Customer service or office‑based experience
10. Strong CRM experience with excellent attention to detail
11. Confident and professional on the phone
12. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
13. Must be able to drive to the Crawley office
Desirable:
14. Dynamics 365 experience
15. Exposure to project coordination or implementation
16. Background in medical, diagnostics, healthcare, or scientific settings
What's on Offer
£30,000-£32,000 depending on experience
