Global Campaign & Creative Operations Manager | Beauty | London (3 days per week) / Hybrid

We're working with a premium, globally distributed beauty brand to find a talented Global Campaign & Creative Operations Manager. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a high-growth brand (skincare), orchestrating campaigns that reach consumers in 40+ countries through world-class retail partners and some of the finest hotels and spas on the planet.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Brand Lead, you'll be the operational hub connecting global and regional teams, creative partners and external agencies, ensuring every campaign lands on time, on budget and on brand. This isn't just project management. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of global campaigns, manage creative workflows and asset libraries, and drive the operational processes that make world-class marketing possible at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
🗓 Campaign Delivery & Launch Management (40%)
* Managing end-to-end execution of global campaigns, product launches and brand activations
* Building and maintaining the integrated global marketing calendar and critical path timelines
* Tracking campaign progress and proactively flagging risks to stakeholders
🎨 Creative Operations & Asset Management (30%)
* Managing the global creative workflow from briefing through to final delivery
* Maintaining the global asset library and distributing campaign toolkits to regional markets
* Overseeing localisation of creative assets and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
* Acting as the connector between Brand, Creative, PR, eCommerce, Influencer and regional marketing teams
* Partnering with regional markets to capture local requirements and keep launches on track
⚙️ Process Optimisation (10%)
* Continuously improving workflows, tools and visibility across the global marketing function
What They're Looking For
✔ c5 years' experience in campaign management, marketing operations or creative project management ✔ Experience working on International campaigns – ideally from the FMCG sector ✔ Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, retail and social ✔ Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management ✔ Experience working closely with creative teams and production processes ✔ Familiarity with project management platforms and digital asset management systems ✔ High attention to detail and a calm head under pressure
