All Care is looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants in the Reading community. The role involves visiting clients’ homes to deliver high‑quality care and support.
Responsibilities
* Travel to clients’ homes to provide the highest level of care to each individual.
* Assist with health and wellbeing, including administering medication.
* Prepare meals for clients.
* Observe, monitor and maintain records.
* Encourage and support clients with day‑to‑day tasks.
* Perform light housekeeping tasks.
* Assist with personal care such as washing, toileting, dressing, etc.
What We Offer
* Full paid training – 4 day training mandatory upon offer.
* £13.10 per hour on weekdays, £13.27 per hour on weekends and time and a half on bank holidays.
* Mileage paid at 40p per mile from your first client to your last.
* Refer a friend scheme – £250 per referral.
* 28 days annual leave – pro rata.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
* Reliability, punctuality, caring, patient and motivated to make a difference to clients’ lives.
* Relevant experience in the care sector preferred but not mandatory – we welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
