Recruiting on behalf of our client, we are searching for a dynamic leader with the capability to build a high-performing team, drive design excellence and support the development of a brand-new satellite office in the South East. The RoleAs Senior Water Design Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the client's South East operations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality water sector design projects.Key responsibilities include: Establish and manage a new satellite office in the South EastCreate, lead and develop a multidisciplinary water design teamIdentify, attract and retain local engineering and management talentMaintain a positive team ethos and professional working culturePlan and grow the team in line with strategic objectivesOversee team structure, performance and developmentEnsure all design work follows established processes and proceduresDeliver fully integrated design outputs that meet safety and quality requirementsEnsure delivery within agreed timescales and budgeted hoursPromote the use of appropriate industry standards, best practice and software toolsRecord and manage project change for all design packages
