Customer Success Manager - On-Site | Evesham, Worcestershire £35,000-£45,000 DOE | 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays | BUPA Healthcare | Growing Tech Business I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing technology business based in Evesham to recruit a Customer Success Manager who will take ownership of the full customer journey - from onboarding through to renewals - while leading and developing a small team. This is an on-site role offering the opportunity to join a company delivering both hardware and software solutions, at a pivotal point of growth and transformation - including the rollout of HubSpot CRM. You'll report directly to the COO and work in close partnership with the sales and account management teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and ongoing value.
