Role
An established private family law practice with a strong reputation in children and financial matters is offering Senior Solicitors the opportunity to lead and develop new offices with full support.
The successful candidate will handle a broad and high quality private family caseload including children and financial remedy matters, and TOLATA work up to the pre‑action stage, after which matters may be referred internally to specialist colleagues. This senior position offers genuine autonomy and progression, ideal for a Solicitor looking to move into a leadership role within a well‑resourced and recognised legal brand. Full operational, compliance and marketing support will be provided, allowing the candidate to focus on client care, practice growth and team development.

Excellent client care, communication and advocacy skills are required, as well as leadership potential and a long‑term mindset needed to progress within a growing firm. This opportunity is suitable for a Senior Family Solicitor seeking greater autonomy, clear progression and the chance to establish and lead a new office with full operational support.
