FP&A Manager/Analyst – Go-To-Market
Location: Hybrid / Brentford European Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded FP&A Manager/Analyst - Go-To-Market to join our high-performing team. In this key role, you will provide strategic financial insight and business partnering to drive the company’s commercial growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the heart of decision-making in a fast-paced, PE-backed business with ambitious growth objectives.
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for delivering robust forecasting, insightful performance analysis, and actionable recommendations across sales, marketing, and retention. Through close collaboration with commercial leaders and data teams, you’ll enable data-driven decision-making and ensure the financial planning process supports our long-term strategy.

Safetykleen is a leading provider of Parts Cleaning, Waste Collection and Environmental Advisory services to businesses across Europe. Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop annual sales and retention budgets in partnership with Commercial; build forecasting tools to identify risks and opportunities; analyse customer acquisition costs and investments, providing optimisation recommendations.
Track performance vs. targets with variance analysis; assess marketing ROI and sales effectiveness by market, sector, and team; support pricing and performance benchmarking; enhance unit economics and translate insights into action.
3. Retention Tracking
Forecast and monitor contract retention trends and risks; evaluate retention investments and advise on improvements; connect retention metrics to customer quality; support retention-focused initiatives such as tenders and pricing.
4. Business Partnering
Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights; create KPIs and dashboards to monitor commercial initiatives; present regular performance analysis; simplify financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
Work with analytics teams to build real-time dashboards; lead GTM financial planning and reporting; provide in-depth analysis of pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn, marketing ROI, and other commercial KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experienced in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance within Sales / Marketing division.
* Qualified CIMA / ACCA.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and dashboard/reporting tools.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
* Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business problem-solving.
* Experience in a fast-paced, PE-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles (preferably IFRS).
