A very unique opportunity to join the Craighead Team - we are looking for an Early Years Practitioner, based in our forest school site.
1. 39 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday
2. A family-run, values-led setting with a friendly and supportive team.
3. Starting hourly rate of £13.45, plus pension contributions. (approx. annual salary- £27,)
4. Set weekly shifts (7.30am–6.00pm and 8.00am–6.00pm – no rota changes)
5. 5.6 weeks paid holiday, including two weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and one week in summer, with remaining leave taken flexibly
6. Additional long-service holiday entitlement (from three years’ service)
7. Company sick pay.
8. Uniform and outdoor clothing provided
9. Ongoing professional learning opportunities, for example Forest School qualifications and outdoor cooking training.
