Job title: Customer Service Advisor – Vintage Cash Cow
Location: Morley, Leeds
Department: Customer Engagement
Compensation: £25,000 per year
Responsibilities
* Be the friendly voice of Vintage Cash Cow, handling inbound and outbound calls, welcome calls, booking collections, and answering queries.
* Build trust and provide accurate, helpful information to every customer.
* Hit (and smash!) your personal KPIs while helping the team hit theirs.
* Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Grow in the role, develop your skills, mentor others, and help us improve every day.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of contact centre or customer service experience, you know what great service looks like.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both written and spoken).
* A confident multitasker who can juggle systems, calls, and queries like a pro.
* Results-driven and team-oriented, you love hitting targets and celebrating wins.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
