🚨 Project Manager – Signalling & Traffic Management
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Command, Control, Signalling and Traffic Management projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for driving delivery across the full project lifecycle — leading multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, and making sure everything lands on time, on budget, and to the expected standards.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading safe project delivery with a strong focus on a zero harm culture
2. Managing projects to meet agreed scope, programme, and budget
3. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and making sure the right resources are in place
4. Monitoring progress, identifying risks/issues early, and taking action where needed
5. Reporting on project performance (planning, cost, resources, risk, earned value, etc.)
6. Acting as the main point of contact for the client, building strong working relationships
7. Managing change control and ensuring any changes to scope, time or cost are properly handled
8. Making sure delivery aligns with internal processes and governance
What we’re looking for:
9. Strong experience delivering high-value engineering or infrastructure projects
10. Background managing projects through the full lifecycle
11. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
12. Good understanding of project controls (planning, cost, risk, commercial)
13. Strong communication skills — able to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
14. Commercial awareness and experience working with contracts
15. Comfortable working in regulated environments (rail experience ideal)
16. Degree qualified (or equivalent), ideally in engineering
17. APM qualification (nice to have, not essential)
