Now, following a series of exciting acquisitions and ongoing growth, they're looking for a dynamic Account Executive / Associate Director to help their Bury office into the next stage of expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
As Account Executive / Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, business growth, and strategic leadership. Your role will include:
Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, primarily SMEs, and Mid-Market
Acting as the trusted advisor for clients across multiple sectors, offering expert guidance and bespoke insurance solutions.
Leading negotiations with insurers and underwriters to deliver the best possible results for your clients.
Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with precision and care.
Identifying opportunities for growth, both within your own client base and across the wider branch.
Staying ahead of industry and regulatory trends, ensuring clients always receive cutting-edge advice.
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and mentoring the wider team where needed.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
A proven track record in commercial insurance (Senior Account Handler, Account Executive, Senior Broker, or Director level) - ESSENTIAL
Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and solutions.
The ability to inspire confidence, build lasting client relationships, and drive growth.
Negotiation skills that deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and the business.
A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine passion for client service.
CII qualifications (or progress towards them) would be an advantage.
Experience with Acturis would be a bonus, but not essential.
