We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a new exciting Build project in St Andrews project helping to deliver a scheme that will leave a lasting positive legacy What you'll be doing As a Quantity Surveyor, You Will Manage all costs and income associated within your area of responsibility on this landmark building and civil engineering project. Support Senior Quantity Surveyors and commercial leadership, while mentoring less experienced commercial colleagues. Procure and manage supply chain partners, ensuring value for money without compromising on quality or safety. Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, cost reconciliations, estimates and subcontractor agreements. Engage in customer and stakeholder management, contributing to smooth project delivery. Use our ERP and digital systems to manage commercial processes effectively. Who we're looking for We’re Looking For Someone Who Holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent). Has or is working towards MRICS / MCInstCES / MCIOB professional membership. Demonstrates experience of managing costs on building and/or civil engineering projects. Is confident in measurement, estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management. Has strong communication skills and thrives in a collaborative project environment. Holds a valid CSCS card (Academically or Professionally Qualified). Why work with us?
