Are you a data-driven Product Manager with a passion for improving customer journeys and boosting conversion?
We’re on the lookout for someone to join our Experience Design team — someone who can help us optimise sales performance across our web, contact centre and funeral director channels.
This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how customers experience our services, from visit to sale. You’ll work closely with our change team, marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver smarter, more effective sales journeys.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning and evolving the product backlog for our sales applications.
* Using data and insight to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
* Collaborating across teams to deliver seamless, high-converting customer experiences.
* Ensuring our sales and onboarding journeys are fit for purpose and future-ready.
What we're looking for:
* A strong grasp of customer needs and pain points.
* Confidence in using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
* Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
