Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular gastro pub in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire — a kitchen celebrated for its amazing seasonal dishes made with the freshest local ingredients, in one of England’s most beautiful market towns. As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to help run the kitchen on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks across the brigade, ensuring daily prep is completed to the required standard, and making sure every section is organised and ready for a smooth service. This is a hands-on Sous Chef role where your leadership and attention to detail will directly shape the quality of what goes out on every plate. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate, experienced and ready to take ownership in a quality gastro pub environment. You’ll be a natural leader, great under pressure, and someone who genuinely cares about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce. Live-in accommodation is available, making this perfect for chefs looking to relocate to the Cotswolds. Candidates based near Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe or Cheltenham are ideally placed.
