Overview
We are looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Bromley Showroom for a multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing a successful team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
Salary: £34,900 basic salary with an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k.
About the role
As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for the showroom’s performance and the development of your team to drive sales and high standards of customer service.
We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k.
Main responsibilities
* Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all customers enjoy a first-class experience
* Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom’s success
* Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
