About the Role
As Sales Director, you will:
•Lead and motivate internal, external, and cinema specialist sales teams.
•Own and deliver the sales GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•Drive customer engagement and vendor relationships to fuel commercial growth.
•Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across customer, vendor, and event levels.
•Ensure ROI on our cinema showrooms at Stansted and Bracknell.
•Foster a culture of energy, collaboration, and progression.
What you will be doing in this role
• Leadership: Coach and mentor the team, set a clear vision, and provide actionable feedback.
•Forecasting & Strategy: Own the forecast, analyse gaps, and make data-driven decisions using tools like Pipedrive and Phocas.
•Sales Growth: Design and execute innovative campaigns to maximise profits and expand trading accounts.
•Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, planning, and resource allocation.
•Customer Experience: Act as the voice of the customer to improve processes and satisfaction.
What you will bring to the role
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
•Strategic leadership experience at a senior level.
•Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
•Strong analytical ability and customer-focused mindset.
•Knowledge of Office 365 and familiarity with CRM tools.
•Valid driving licence.
•Experience in the AV industry is highly desirable.
