Content Specialist

About the Role

My client, a fast-growing tech company, is seeking a Content Creator to join their marketing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engages prospects, and supports lead generation. The successful candidate will create content across multiple channels, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media, helping to communicate the company’s value to a B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and write blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and client-facing materials.
* Develop content for landing pages, email campaigns, sales collateral, and digital marketing assets.
* Repurpose insights from analytics, reports, and customer feedback into thought-leadership content.
* Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
* Manage and grow social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms.
* Support multimedia content creation, including videos, animations, and webinars.
* Track content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and conversions.

Technical Skills & Tools

* Strong copywriting and editing skills for B2B audiences.
* Proficiency in content creation and design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma.
* Experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Webflow.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign.
* Understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and content performance tracking.
* Basic knowledge of marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
* Video/photo editing skills a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Video).
* Comfortable using collaboration/project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello).

Candidate Profile

* 1+ years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, ideally within B2B or SaaS.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong research skills with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
* Collaborative, working effectively with marketing, sales, product, and client-facing teams.
* Passionate about producing content that drives measurable results and supports business growth.
