We are looking for a Paralegal to join our thriving Housing team based in Liverpool, working alongside our wider team in Manchester and working closely with Partners in Housing supporting the fee earners within the team.
You will be joining one of the UK’s foremost Housing teams who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers. The team works on varied and housing management matters including anti-social behaviour and housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, hoarding cases, access injunctions, and housing management policy advice.
Work will be varied, interesting, and stimulating and include supporting fee earners in connection with:
1. Anti-social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions.
2. Disrepair claims including responding to claim letters, organising disclosure, and advising on liability.
3. Using the Case Management System.
4. Applying for access injunctions.
5. General housing management advice on tenancy issues.
We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, results-driven, and eager to be an integral part of the team’s growth.
Previous work experience in a legal setting is desirable but not essential, as we offer full training and development.
