We have an exciting opportunity at The Venues Collection, Sedgebrook Hall for an ambitious Chef De Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, £14.39 an hour.
As a Chef De Partie, you will work in a passionate and hardworking team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences for our customers in the UK’s market-leading food service company. You must be quick-thinking, adaptable, and calm under pressure, often making quick adjustments when supplies or staff are delayed. You will act as a key link between the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and the team, playing a vital role in our kitchen environment.

Job Description:
As an experienced chef, you will ensure all food services meet the kitchen standards and support the Sous and Head Chef in maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene. You will also lead the team during service when required.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving food to company standards
* Producing meals for the restaurant, banqueting, and bar as directed by the Head Chef
* Supporting the Head Chef during service
* Managing and ordering for your section
* Working in a busy hotel, pub, or restaurant kitchen
* Experience with multi-outlet hotel kitchens
* Serving meals for events and restaurant service
* Maintaining high cleanliness standards
* Anticipating and reacting to customer needs to enhance satisfaction
* Maintaining high personal hygiene and correct dress code
* Participating in stock takes and managing wastage
* Adhering to food standards and risk assessments
