Parts Advisor

Fusion People are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have proven previous experience in a parts-focused role, strong ability to accurately identify parts, communicate with customers and engineers, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately identify and source parts using the company's system, ensuring correct items are selected for customer orders and workshop requirements.
Communicate with customers and engineers to confirm part specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate the timely dispatch of parts, ensuring all orders are shipped to the correct addresses and within specified deadlines.
Assist with trade counter sales, providing expert advice to customers and helping them identify the right parts.
Raise parts sales quotations, purchase orders, and handle returns, credits, and invoicing.
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure part availability and accuracy in the ordering process.
Respond promptly to internal and customer enquiries related to product details, pricing, and stock availability.
