A highly respected international B2B events and media organisation is seeking an ambitious Head of Delegate Sales & VIP Experience to lead delegate revenue and VIP engagement across a portfolio of large-scale, high-value industry events.


This is a senior, specialist role focused purely on delegate acquisition, retention and experience, with clear progression into team leadership and long-term career stability within a business where people stay and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼

✔️ Owning delegate sales revenue across multiple premium B2B events

✔️ Selling paid delegate passes

✔️ Building, nurturing and retaining senior-level decision-maker relationships

✔️ Managing VIP (buy-side) delegate engagement and long-term attendee loyalty

✔️ Driving outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email and warm marketing leads

✔️ Working closely with sponsorship and marketing teams — passing leads where relevant

✔️ Forecasting delegate revenue and managing pipeline against event targets

✔️ Acting as a trusted industry contact and brand ambassador at events

✔️ Delivering an outstanding end-to-end delegate and VIP experience

✔️ Playing a key role in shaping future delegate strategy and team growth


What You’ll Bring ✅

✨ Several years’ experience in delegate sales within B2B conferences or events

✨ Proven success selling high-value delegate passes and hitting revenue targets

✨ Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
