Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, sharp and highly organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office on a day-to-day basis. This role covers administration, facilities, and support for staff and management, helping to maintain a professional, organised, and productive working environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, a 'can-do' attitude and the flexibility to assist in various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
* Organise and coordinate office procedures, including health & safety compliance.
* Handle correspondence, incoming calls, and general enquiries.
* Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and building management.
* Support HR processes, including onboarding new starters.
* Assist with finance administration and reporting.
* Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Ensure the office environment remains tidy, safe, and fit for purpose.
What We're Looking For:
You are a confident, organised, and enthusiastic professional with:
* A proven track record of at least 2 years in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Experience using Google Workspace and, ideally, familiarity with Xero
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Willing to work across multiple timezones

What we can offer
* A salary of £28,000–£32,000 per annum
* 25 days' holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
