Responsibilities
* Lead the continuous enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE by gathering requirements, prioritising features, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product improvements.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle, from backlog management to release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Champion user experience, driving adoption through effective communication, training support, and iterative optimisation.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record managing Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and ongoing product evolution.
* Strong analytical capability to interpret business processes, identify gaps, and define practical, value-driven solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, align, and support diverse teams.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery.
