We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) Transitions Analyst to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on key projects within our business unit, contributing to the successful transition of buyout processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions and adding significant value to our operations.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented BPA Buyout Transitions Analyst to join our Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering smooth and efficient transitions for our clients as they move from buy-in to buyout.
You'll work closely with BPA Implementation Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, seamless payroll processes, and timely delivery of policyholder communications. Your work will directly contribute to delivering excellent customer outcomes and ensuring smooth, well-managed transitions for our clients
About the Role:
* Supporting buyout transition activities, including policyholder communications, admin and payroll migration.
* Supporting buyout transition activities, including policyholder communications, admin and payroll migration, and auxiliary set-up.
* Performing payroll reconciliations and parallel runs, resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Producing and reviewing management information and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring adherence to Consumer Duty principles and smooth handover to BAU teams.
* Support BPA operational change initiatives as required.
About You:
* Experience of setting up, testing and operating pensions payrolls.
* Appreciation of operational challenges that can arise from data migration and ongoing management.
* Experience of performing detailed reconciliations using MS Excel.
* Experience in testing a broad range of pensions administration processes, including the execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the ability to document test findings clearly and manage issues through to resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Defined benefit pensions administration background.
* Experience with managing senior stakeholders and working towards deadlines.
* Comfortable chairing meetings with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience of inputting into and reviewing project plans
