What’s the role?
As a Graduate Buyer, you’ll be at the heart of Iceland Foods. Over two years, you’ll rotate through our Frozen, Grocery, and Chilled departments, gaining hands-on experience and real responsibility. From day one, you’ll:
1. Own a multimillion-pound category (with guidance from Senior Buyers)
2. Negotiate with suppliers and drive profitable sales growth
3. Forecast, plan, and deliver within our Buying framework
4. Influence product ranges and help shape what goes on our shelves

What we’re looking for:
9. A degree in relevant subject
10. Knowledge of the retail environment
11. Confident communicator and team player
12. Strong admin skills and attention to detail
13. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
14. IT literate
15. Full UK driving licence
16. A passion for making a difference
