Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Position

This Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Position located in a fantastic Secondary School in Bromley is perfect for you. The school is looking to expand its team and take on a dedicated and passionate graduate who can actively support its students in a caring environment. This is a September 2025 start position for the full academic year.
Responsibilities
* Working with subject teachers and SLT to support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
* Leading support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
* Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for the students to work within
* Providing support to the school\s SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
* September 2025 Start - Full-time position
* 110 - 115 per day - Term time only
* Located within Bromley

Applicant specifications
* Have a Degree in Psychology or related course from a reputable University
* Be compassionate, caring and a patient person
* Be able to work effectively with the wider team and be a team player
* Must have a passion for the secondary curriculum and supporting young people
* Perfect for aspiring Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Youth Worker, Counsellor etc
