This role represents an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership in a team where empowerment and innovation come together to allow the right individual to leave a lasting legacy on the railway. With a team that contains some of foremost leading experts in digital signalling this challenging role will require you to oversee the development and implementation of complex training and competency packages to embed knowledge of ERTMS into our business as well as influencing national decisions and standards. We want someone who can think outside the box, be able to come up with new and novel ideas on how to train staff, use simulation and drive-up adoption of new technology within our business. You will have the real opportunity to own a key workstream that will help shape the railway over the coming years.
