Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Due to recent growth, a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to join their outfit. They are looking for someone who can articulate technical matters effectively to clients and can confidently conduct the full range of asbestos surveys. It would be advantageous to be based within close proximity to the M1 for easier access across the region. Our client offers fantastic further training, competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications
* Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
* Good track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
* Fully conversant in HSG 264 guidelines
* Flexible to travel in line with company needs
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role
* Undertake the full range of asbestos surveys (management, demolition and refurbishment)
* Service a wide variety of commercial and domestic client contracts
* Collate findings to produce detailed technical survey reports
* Create detailed floorplans/schematic drawings
* Safely obtain and bag ACM samples
* Meet with clients to provide updates on findings and give appropriate recommendations
* Work to set deadlines and personal targets
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients
