Head of Marketing Hands‑on now. Strategic leader in the making. Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (or pro rata) Hours: Full or part time (minimum 3 days) Location: Home‑based, within travelling distance of London (1 day per week in office, travel paid) Reports to: Sales Director The Role This role is hands‑on from day one. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, delivering campaigns, building momentum and proving impact — while also having the capability and ambition to grow the role into broader leadership and strategic ownership over time. Initially, you’ll be deeply involved in campaign delivery, lead generation, content, events and marketing operations. As Lexxic continues to grow, this role will evolve — giving you the opportunity to shape longer‑term strategy, influence senior decision‑making and build marketing into a true growth engine for the organisation. This is an ideal role for someone who sits comfortably between delivery and direction, and who wants a role that can grow with them. What You’ll Be Responsible For (Initially) Hands‑On Campaigns & Lead Generation Personally lead the delivery of organic and paid lead generation campaigns Oversee and optimise Google and LinkedIn advertising Use insight and data to improve performance across the funnel Stay close to execution to understand what truly drives results ✍️ Content, Thought Leadership & Brand Presence Shape and contribute to content and thought leadership Grow Lexxic’s visibility and authority across LinkedIn and B2B channels Ensure all marketing activity reinforces Lexxic’s expertise in neurodiversity Events & Flagship Initiatives Lead delivery of webinars and online events Play a key role in major initiatives such as Neurodiversity Celebration Week Ensure events drive engagement, credibility and conversion Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Own HubSpot CRM, reporting and marketing processes Create and refine sales enablement materials Ensure marketing activity clearly supports pipeline growth How the Role Will Grow As momentum builds, you’ll increasingly: set marketing direction and priorities aligned to business growth develop clearer strategy, frameworks and performance measures own brand development and consistency at an organisational level influence senior stakeholders and shape future investment help define what ‘great marketing’ looks like at Lexxic. About You You’re likely someone who: has strong experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns enjoys being hands‑on, not removed from delivery thinks commercially and uses data to guide decisions is ready to step into broader leadership over time is motivated by purpose‑led work and real‑world impact.
