What is the opportunity?You will be leading security solution architecture across complex, rapidly changing environments, including M&A related transformation.You will be able to rapidly identify areas of improvement and make changes for the good of the organisation, working alongside Business Product Owners, Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, and Engineering teams to implement secure-by-design change.Should you be shortlisted, do please let us know if you have any specific requirements for the interview.This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days on-site at our 10 Fenchurch Avenue, London office.What will you do?
1. Provide visionary leadership and drive the strategic direction for cyber resilience across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions.
2. Serve as a senior member of the UK, Europe, and APAC CISO function, with a matrix reporting line into the Global Enterprise Adversary Emulation team.
3. Ensure compliance with cyber resilience requirements across key regulatory frameworks, including MAS TRM, UK FCA Handbook, and ECB DORA.
4. Define and maintain a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective of revenue, products, services, systems, third parties, and cyber resilience scores.
5. Execute and oversee cyber simulation tests to evaluate and strengthen organisational resilience.

6. Strategic thinker and thought leader with a proven ability to shape and execute cyber resilience initiatives.
7. Ownership mindset to tackle challenges and lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts (SMEs) toward effective solutions.
8. Design thinking and action-oriented approach, with a focus on implementing secure-by-design principles and leveraging enterprise-standard patterns.
9. Self-motivated and independent, capable of thriving with minimal direction in a dynamic environment.
10. Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable business insights.
Nice-to-have
11. Expertise in frameworks such as SABSA, TOGAF, and Threat Modelling.
12. Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
13. Broad knowledge across diverse cybersecurity domains, including threat assessment and emerging security concepts.
14. Proven track record in managing complex technology projects across multiple hosting environments.
15. Commitment to staying current with evolving security threat assessment frameworks and industry best practices.
