The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
8. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
9. Proven expertise in financial reporting and planning within the property industry.
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
13. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
14. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
