Candidate Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a caseload involving wills, powers of attorney, and executries
* Providing expert legal advice to clients on private client matters
* Assisting with trust-related cases (preferred but not essential)
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
* Working efficiently with relevant legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor or similar role in Scotland
* Confident managing your own caseload from start to finish
* Proactive and client-focused approach
* Highly organised with problem-solving skills
* Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
* A good understanding of private client law, including wills and powers of attorney
