They are seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their dynamic and growing manufacturing team. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on CNC milling experience Proficient in setting and operating Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Comfortable working to tight tolerances in low- or medium-batch production Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and a team-player mentality What will your role look like? Set up, and operate, CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis) Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data Select and fit appropriate tooling, materials, and fixtures Perform in-process quality checks and adjust programs as needed Maintain machinery and ensure optimal performance Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes What can you expect in return?
