Summary of the role
The Planned Investment Team Leader will work as part of the Asset Strategy Team to manage, coordinate and monitor our Planned Investment Programme. You will gather intelligence and data on our property assets and use it to inform the asset investment strategy. You will monitor, take accountability for and report on relevant KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Working collaboratively with others across the Kingdom Group, you will analyse and act on data and customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and improve performance. You will ensure that we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our customers.
Responsibilities
* Customer Journey: Monitor, take accountability for and report on relevant KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded; Analyse and act on customer feedback to enhance the customer experience; Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Kingdom Group to understand customer needs and expectations.
* Service Delivery: Provide technical support to relevant teams including technical appraisals and drawings; Monitor and manage Planned Investment budgets; Plan, coordinate and monitor the Planned Investment programme utilising all property portfolio information; Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place for relevant projects; Ensure adaptations are delivered in line with service level agreements and KPIs; Support the Asset teams to deliver complex and major adaptations; Procurement of planned investment, major repairs, cyclical maintenance, improvements, alterations and other building contract works.
* Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyse data to identify and implement service improvements and enhancements; Gather, maintain and update intelligence and data on our property assets, reporting regularly on progress; Regularly monitor the performance of programmes and make interventions where necessary; Develop and review Planned Investment related policies, procedures and processes; Contribute to the development of Design Standards and new property handover process.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage external contracts and relationships effectively, monitoring performance and providing feedback on service delivery where required; Work collaboratively with the Asset Operations Team Leaders to ensure adequate resources to complete planned programmes within timescales; Work collaboratively with Finance colleagues to ensure budgets are managed effectively.
* Other duties: Line management of the Planned Investment Team; Identify and action any learning and development needs of the Planned Investment Team in conjunction with the People Team; Additional duties required in line with business need.
Qualifications and Experience
* At least 3 years previous experience in a Technical role
* Minimum of HND or equivalent in a relevant subject
* Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
* Ability to analyse and interpret data
* Ability to produce accurate reports
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Influencing and negotiating skills
* Previous experience of managing people
* Ability to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhancement
