Senior Support Worker – Friday Bridge, Wisbech
Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour. UK Manual Driver's License required. Typical shifts: Mon–Sun 7:30 am‑2:30 pm and 2:30 pm‑9:30 pm, plus sleep‑in.

About the Role
Senior Support Workers are at the heart of our team, leading the supported living service “The Leam” in Friday Bridge. In this role you will support people in gaining more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.
Your responsibilities will include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supervising, ordering medication and ensuring people we support can manage their finances.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with learning disability and autism. Passion for enhancing the quality of life of those you support.
