TeleSales Executive B2B Energy Sales (Office-Based, Leicester)

We are hiring passionate sales professionals to join our dynamic Leicester-based telesales team. If you're a confident communicator, thrive in a high-energy sales environment, and want to help businesses reduce their energy costs while contributing to sustainability goals, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Making high-volume outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.
* Identifying client energy needs and offering cost-saving, sustainable solutions.
* Managing cold and warm leads via our CRM and building a strong pipeline.
* Overcoming objections with confidence and converting leads into energy contracts.
* Hitting daily activity and revenue targets with uncapped commission rewarding every win.
This is a high-performance sales environment where energy, resilience, and drive are key.
What We're Looking For
* Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
* Skilled at objection handling and closing deals over the phone.
* Organised and comfortable managing a high call volume daily.
* Motivated by commission, recognition, and career growth.
* Based in or near Leicester and available for full-time, office-based work.
