Events Administrator Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week Hybrid Salary: £15.50ph - £16.00ph We’re looking for an organised and proactive Events Administrator to join our client’s Europe events focused team for a two month temporary contract during a busy peak period. This can be a hybrid or fully remote role working 35 hours a week. Key responsibilities of the Events Administrator * Coordinate the delivery and attendance of events, including bookings, invoicing and supplier liaison * Provide administrative support to the Europe events team based in Brussels * Assist with marketing campaigns and social media management for upcoming events * Gather and report attendee feedback * Confidently manage communications via phone and email with event delegates, stakeholders and partners * Support event planning and execution from start to finish What we’re looking for in an Events Administrator * Proven experience in a commercial business environment as an Events Administrator or in a similar coordination role * Confident making phone calls * Knowledge of platforms like Hootsuite, email platforms and dotdigital is desirable but not essential. * Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online collaboration tools Contract Details * Start date: September * Duration: 2 months * Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours a week If you have the experience working within Events in a commercial setting and are available to commit to an ongoing opportunity for two months, then apply today
