About the Role
Food & Beverage Supervisor at Ibis Styles Glasgow will lead the F&B team, drive a positive service experience, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, manage inventory, schedule shifts, and maintain health and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
* Oversee daily shift activities, from setting up tables to ensuring smooth order flow and guest satisfaction.
* Support and guide the team, help with training and encourage everyone to deliver their best.
* Step in confidently to handle guest requests and resolve issues, keeping the service upbeat and responsive.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep things moving smoothly, from orders to plating.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, ensuring the team is prepared for success.
* Help with scheduling and shift planning, making sure the team is ready for each shift.
* Keep the dining and service areas clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
