Connells Group is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Mann Estate Agency Brand in Canterbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified individual looking to start or develop their career in mortgage and protection advice. Key Responsibilities
9. Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
10. Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
11. Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
12. Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
13. Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
Skills & Experience
14. Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
15. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
16. Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
18. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
19. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
