Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Development Manager:
Lead sales development across Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver structured one-to-one coaching and engaging team workshops.
Ensure compliance requirements and internal standards are met.
Promote ethical, customer-first sales behaviours across the region.
Lead by example, motivating and energising colleagues to achieve excellence.
Ensure customer-first behaviours are embraced and consistently demonstrated

Experience in a sales-driven environment.
Self-motivated and confident working independently.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Enjoys coaching and developing others, delivering feedback that inspires.
