You will play a crucial role in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs in a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide daily care, guidance, and support to children aged 11–17 with complex needs\n- Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model\n- Support young people with education, health, activities, and life skills\n- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews\n- Work as part of a team to ensure a consistent and therapeutic approach\n- Promote safeguarding and ensure the highest standards of care are met\n- Participate in shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n- Experience working with children or young people (residential or similar setting preferred)\n- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n- A full UK driving licence (essential)\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n- Competitive salary:\n- Sleep-in allowances and overtime opportunities\n- Funded training and Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare\n- Career progression and dev...
