Our client is seeking an HR and Recruitment Assistant for a 12-month FTC based at their Head Office in Hayes, Middlesex.
Job Specification:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support daily HR activities, including but not limited to:
1. CV screening
2. Facilitating interview and assessment days
3. Conducting first-stage online interview evaluations
4. Conducting face-to-face interviews
5. Representing the company at careers fairs and acting as an ambassador
6. Supporting university campus recruitment, coordinating logistics with career centres, organizing events, and managing materials
7. Administering the recruitment database
8. Providing candidate feedback
9. Managing job postings and preparing interview documentation
10. Maintaining applicant tracking data
11. Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate inquiries
12. Occasional travel to regional offices
13. Providing HR data entry and administrative support
Personal Requirements:
* Degree qualification (any discipline)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
* Experience with Salesforce or other ATS systems is beneficial but not essential
* Eligibility to work in the UK
