As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional results. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store and ensure that all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Set a high standard of performance for the store team and ensure that customer service is consistently delivered at a high level.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve their full potential, using our Leadership & Company Principles as a guide.
* Manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and oversee daily tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
